Highland Custom Homes has a rich history with the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. While the parade features homes that range in size and price points, our entries always focus on our company’s bread-and-butter, quality. This year’s home is a true representation of the type of homes we create for each of our clients.
“In 2018 our parade entry was a 9,000 square foot home in Alpin. It is a great representation of a very standard home that Highland Custom Homes builds,” said Kenny Anderson of Highland Custom Homes. “Whenever people come in and see one of our homes, they think the features are going to be extra. But the extras are just what we do.”

For last years entry, we partnered with award-winning designers to accomplish one of our favorite home designs to date. We have worked with the same designers for various Highland Custom Homes projects and they always do a fantastic job implementing their design and décor and this year’s (2019) project is no exception.
We are very proud to enter this home in the 2019 Utah Valley Parade of Homes. From a top-of-the-line design to quality finishes, everything included in the home is the perfect representation of the type of work we perform on each of our projects.
Highland Custom Homes also has a unique history with the Utah Valley Parade of Homes. Over the past ten years, Highland Custom Homes, a custom home builder in Utah, has entered into the Parade of Homes many times. We have been awarded People’s Choice for Best Kitchen and the Judge’s Choice Award. We’ve also been awarded both platinum and gold Builder’s Choice Awards in our respective categories.
